About us
Ulrika Guest House was founded in 1976 by Sr. M. Richard Nayiga. Initially established as a retreat house for priests and religious, it was designed to offer rest rather than operate on a commercial basis. Guests contributed donations based on their ability rather than paying fixed rates. As the guest house began to attract more visitors, the need for expansion became apparent. The sisters who managed the house recognized this opportunity and embarked on a plan to develop the facility further. Their vision has been instrumental in accommodating a variety of functions and generating funds to support and sustain the guest house up to the present day.
